SHIPMENT PROCESSING TIME

All orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone. Delivery delays can occasionally occur.

Return Policy

We stand behind every item we ship. Every product is personally inspected before it leaves us, but if something isn’t right when it arrives, we’ll make it right.

Damaged on Arrival

If your order arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at brighamkrake3232@hotmail.com with your order number and photos of the damage. We’ll assess the issue and offer a replacement or full refund, depending on stock availability.

Wrong Item Received

If you received the wrong product, contact us within 48 hours, and we’ll resolve the issue immediately at no additional cost to you.

Opened or Used Items

We are unable to accept returns on opened sealed products. Once a booster bundle, booster box, or Elite Trainer Box has been opened, we have no way to verify its original condition. This is standard across the industry.

Sealed, Unopened Items

If you change your mind, contact us within 7 days of delivery. The item must be returned in its original, sealed, and unopened condition. Return shipping costs are the buyer’s responsibility. A refund will be issued once we receive and inspect the returned item.
